Topics for this special issue will include:

  • discrete formulations of gravity, covariant approaches, spin-foam models, causal dynamical triangulations, emergent gravity models;
  • Hamiltonian constraint, constraint algebras, Dirac observables, covariance and anomalies, physical states, matter coupling;
  • group-theoretical aspects, number-theoretic aspects, non-commutativity;
  • phenomenology, non-locality from quantum gravity, black hole entropy, horizon properties, cosmology.

Papers on these or related topics are welcome for this issue.

How to Submit an Article to the Issue.

Both original research articles and review papers will be considered (not having been published elsewhere).

There is no limit to the length of an article. Deadline for paper submission is August 31, 2011.

All articles will go through the standard peer reviewing procedure of SIGMA.
